Food creativity: the 31 days project
Art is not what you see, but what you make others see | Edgar Degas
Last year, during March, a Malaysian artist and architect, Hong Yi, created thirty one awesome and extremely delicious pieces of art. This unique project had food in its core.
Hong Yi could use only food ingredients as her materials and a white dish as her canvas. A crucial component of the project was Hong Yi's imagination. She managed to create beautiful, amazing art and gave life to a plethora of things such as animals, people, landscapes, popular items of the pop culture and more.
The project was a hit. The photos were uploaded to her instagram account and quickly became viral. Hong Yi continues the project on her instagram account up until now.
