Bread

We knead all of our products, from our traditional bread to the Thessaloniki koulouri and our crispy bread sticks, by hand. We use grains of high quality and nutritional value and our products are unique for the superior taste and nourishment they provide.

The Daily Bread

We make more than twenty different kinds of bread. We provide for all dietary preferences, we produce bread of high nutritional quality and we continue the family and local traditions. We also keep abreast of new trends and created new recipes that are sourced from special grains such as buckwheat. From our wholegrain bread to our traditional artisanal varieties, all our breads are made with love and passion.

Bread products

Small loaves, different molds such as panini and multi-grains for sandwiches and various kinds of Simit-like products. They are all made by us in our production plant and are delivered fresh to our stores. There are sweet and savoury varieties to choose from. From the classic Thessaloniki koulouri with raisins or olives, to chocolate ones, from fluffy and buttery croissant to cheese and olive bread and delicious bagels.

Bread sticks

They often accompany our morning coffee or a cheese board, but bread sticks may also be eaten alone as a healthy snack. Our bread sticks are deliciously crispy. We produce four different flavours: white, whole wheat, multigrain and corn.
