We love Greek traditions! We like to knead and roll our own filo dough and choose different fillings. Our pies, this exquisite Greek food that can be a full meal in itself, are home-made and delicious. The same goes for our pizzas which are made with a very thin dough. We have a passion for puff-pastry dough and we use it in many different and tasty combinations.
We follow our local authentic recipes and make home-made pies with hand-kneaded dough. We only use the purest of raw materials, which we try to source from local producers. The olive oil the feta and cottage cheese we use come from Chalkidiki. We use fresh butter and special flour, vegetables such as spinach and leak. We produce Feta Cheese Pie, Spinach Pies, Yellow cheese pies in all sorts and forms, and mii pies for you to share.
We use mouth-watering dough and pure ingredients. Our “Margarita” and “Special” pizzas are full and nutritious meals. They are served in our stores all day.
We make a large variety of tasty puff-pastry products, combining fresh ingredients that complement one another. We make puff-pastry using yellow cheese, ham and bacon or sausage, Simit with cream cheese, chicken, olive oil and vegetables, as well as wholegrain koulouri with turkey and cottage cheese.
