Some are made with classic ciabatta bread, others with whole grain bread, and one with corn bread. Naturally, we knead all our breads by hand. From there, we select the finest ingredients and craft tasty, nutritious, and satisfying “tsiapatakia.” You’ll find them in all our stores, usually near the coffee station.

Our flavors include:
- Ciabatta with air-dried salami, lettuce, cucumber, and blue cheese
- Ciabatta with prosciutto, mozzarella, and basil pesto
- Whole grain ciabatta with smoked salmon, cucumber, dill cream, and citrus balsamic cream
- Rustic whole grain ciabatta with cucumber, tomato, feta, Florina pepper, and olive paste
- Cornbread ciabatta with turkey, tomato, manouri cheese, lettuce, and mustard sauce
