Our patisserie is based on pure ingredients and includes all kinds of sweets, from traditional honey-syrup desserts to fluffy bundt cakes and pies. We also sell individual sweets , all home-made, a large variety of cookies and treats. We have desserts for every occasion!
We have a name in torte and special occasion cakes, which come in many different versions. You may order yours and we will have it custom-made. We have been making our own individual chocolate pastries and fresh-fruit tarts with light filling that is heaven to your palate. Our small dessert items, such as éclair and kok (Greek Cream Puffs with Chocolate Glaze ) are for those who are after some instant gratification or want to share a tasty bite on the go. Our selection range is complemented with our seasonal products, such as melomakarona.
The secret in making our honey-syrup desserts is in the filo we use to make them crunchy and the special butter that comes from cows and goats. The nuts for the filling are of exceptional quality and contribute to the rich taste. We make our own baklava, saragli, Kadaifi, Galaktompoureko (custard filled pastry) and many others. We serve some of these by individual slice and some come in a version appropriate for those who fast.
We have a soft spot for cookies. We make them in many flavours and we constantly experiment on new ones. In our stores you will find all the classic recipes, such as cinnamon and praline, and many contemporary ones, such as lemon and cardamon. We also make tasty sablé & pale, honey sesame bars, florentine biscuits and petit fours. We have cookies for those who are fasting, for example orange or sesame ones.
Our cakes are home-made and kneaded by us using olive oil from Chalkidiki. We make them in various flavours, including the classic recipes of vanilla and chocolate. Our tsoureki is fragrant, fluffy and has an unforgettable flavour. If you try it once, you will be coming back for more. We have them in individual servings, while we also make them with jam or cocoa fillings. Our Easter tsoureki comes shaped into a plait or round.
For those of you who are fans of chocolate we offer chocolate treats in many shapes and flavours. We have chocolate wafers, chocolate sticks, bueno and many other individually wrapped treats. Some come sugar free and some are suitable for those fasting.
