Stores

We make sure that our stores are hospitable and conform to modern specifications, so that they demonstrate our respect for the environment and our commitment to an inclusive space. Everyone is welcome here. We have special ramps for people with mobility issues, we build accessible toilettes wherever we can and we promote recycling. Similarly, in our fully equipped production plants, we operate according to certified protocols regarding handling and food hygiene.

Our spaces

In 2016 we rented and started to renovate an abandoned building in Nea Fokaia. We took care of the 50 olive trees in the perimeter and we planted new ones. We created two distinct areas for the production of bread and pastries. We also built modern administration offices and spacious store rooms. We installed a generator to ensure uninterrupted operations and water wells certified for quality control. We have successfully created modern and safe production methods following the HACCP operation model and we are proud to have a happy and safe work environment. We gradually moved to this site during 2017-2018. Since then this has become our production site , having our fleet delivering on a daily basis all our products.
